Iskanbila (The scandal) Oi! Band was born in 1990 as a quintet in Arrasate (Mondragón).
They recorded Jaio ... Ta Hil!—its first album, in 1996. Soon after, the vocalist and founding member Haritz Etxebarria passed away. After that, they decided to move on with a new singer.
